Service Coordinator (full-time): Berkshire Children and Families, a progressive non-profit organization, is looking for a Service Coordinator to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team in our Family Networks Lead Agency Program in Greenfield funded by the Department of Social Services. This is a challenging opportunity, with a very competitive salary to work on a well-developed team in close collaboration with DSS staff; coordinate and facilitate Family Team Meetings; provide case management; identify and develop alternative community supports for children and families; utilize culturally competent and empowerment strategies in collaboration with clients. Experience in facilitating groups, strong organizational skills a must; ability to form and sustain positive professional relationships; family centered, strength based practice. MSW or equivalent plus 2 years of family centered community based experience, or Bachelor’s plus 5 years of family centered welfare related experience.
